Heinous act in INDIA

HEINOUS act.....
Again a brutal heinous rape case got media support(we appreciate media for supporting victim).....
The unnamed girl was allegedly raped and murdered by elders from the city of Dhupguri, West Bengal, as a punishment for trying to stop her father being beaten.

but did every rape case get this media support ......
Answer is NO.(Only one or two among thousands cases get this)..then what about other cases...
It's necessary that we ourselves should have pure thinking but if we look over some past cases then the things that we get to know is really disgusting and horrible....lets have a look..
Generally, the one on whom a girl can trust maximum use to be her father but what we are seeing that even some father did this shameful heinous act .... the most important point is such rape cases use not to come outside the family... only 1% of them use to get exposure and other remain hidden inside the family...have a look on some base heinous acts..

Another case was seen on 26 july 2013 in rajasthan, 5 daughters were raped by their father and in this case the worse thing was that even their mother was on side of her husband....

There are many such cases which are on record and thousands use to be hidden every year in our country.
Is this the developing INDIA that we talk about.
Where we have thrown our humanity that even a father ... even a brother.... what the hell is going on.... how will any girl trust on anybody.
There is need to vanish such heinous thinking from ourselves and our society first. Then we can think about other to do same.
Stand and speak out against any such crime being done anywhere because your one voice will motivate others as well.There lots of NGO's working ,get their help that is safest w.r.t. every prospective.
Speak out.. otherwise these heinous acts are going to agonize the breath of freedom for girls in our nation.

SUICIDE......... how his/her parents will live after this?? ..now what will happen to their family... will they really love to live ??......... .. wt was the reason!!..... its really sad yr. bt what we can do he/she must be a COWARD .... this is wt the reaction we get, after anyone commits this crime of extinguishing his /her FLAME....
Everyone will say this was a nasty deed from a coward......

It's sure that, one must have not thought about their parents!! or their loved one's before doing this bcz the life which their family get after their loved one suicide can never be called as LIFE.

Before doing this ,even once if anyone have felt about the pain of news after the suicide of their loved one's, then he/she might hv never committed this coward act....

FIR AND FIRST AID TO VICTIM IN INDIA

In our country many time a victim of severe crime get refusal from the HOSPITALS from FIRST AID and even in many part of our country even GOVT. official refuses to register FIR ,this provides a huge mental torture to the victim and their family.

In a previous update we have described that 80% of rape cases remains unregistered according to a report .

Our constitution provides following punishment to these guilty and the need is only that we must be aware about these rights and we should ask for the action on them also for doing such guilty with the victim and if we start doing this then they will definitely improve their behaviour with victim-----
1.Public servant if disobey law by not registering FIR or else then they are eligible for 6 months to 2 years jail as well as fine.
2.If a hospital refuses to provide the FIRST-aid or even treatment of the victim the they are eligible for 1 year jail with fine.

The only thing is that we must be aware about our rights

India has an increasing problem with acid attacks. ASTI estimates that 1,000 take place in INDIA every year and most of the cases not get registered.
OUR CONSTITUTION PROVIDES FOLLOWING PUNISHMENT TO THE GUILTY IN THESE CASES-
1.IF PERMANENT DAMAGE TO ANY PART OR DISFIGURE COMPLETELY THEN,IMPRISONMENT OF NOT LESS THAN 10 YEARS WHICH MAY EXTEND TO LIFELONG IMPRISONMENT AND WITH REASONABLE FINE.
2.IF PARTIAL DEFORMITY OR PARTIAL DISFIGURING CAUSED THEN ATLEAST 5 YEARS IMPRISONMENT WHICH MAY EXTEND TO SEVEN YEARS AND A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF FINE TO VICTIM.
THE LAWS ARE STRICT BUT STILL ONE CAN SAY, NO ONE CAN RETURN THE LOSS WHICH VICTIM GET IN THESE CASES.

PROBLEMS TO PHYSICALLY DISABLED CHILDREN IN INDIA

A great problem in our country that "One in every ten children is disabled in India",said CRY.
Big problem is ,a lot of money being invested to support them as well as lot of NGO's are running which are having huge funding but the situation of their livelihood and proper studies are not improving.
Corruption is a major reason for it and till now any big voice is not raised for it. IF we consider the report and tally it with this then the results provides a shock....
Figures from JEE 2009 reveal that 137 seats meant for candidates with physical disabilities (PD), got wasted.
Where only 296 seats are reserved for these type students ,this means that these type of children are not getting good education. 
We should stand against the corruption in this sector as well and
We should raise our hands to support them, even at a college level we can do it by helping atleast one physically disabled child per head through education and in this manner we can easily provide a good education to evry physically disabled child.

A matter of shame for every indian, that the most disgusting crime "RAPE" is the fastest going crime in our country.

The rate of increase is 700% per day if we compare it from 1971 statistics , according to NCRB report.
ON an average there are 15000 rape cases per year in our country.
The most disgusting news is, delhi commission for woman said,"only 20% of rape cases are registered" then what about other victims and if they get registered then the rate of increase will rise upto almost 3500% per day with respect to 1971 statistics.
THE STATISTICS ARE REALLY SHOCKING AND CONDITION IS REALLY HORRIBLE.
If we take a notice about reasons of such statistics then that is mainly due to -(i) unawareness of laws (ii) weakness of our system (iii) misuse of power.

The assessment report, “Current Status of Victim Service Providers and Criminal Justice Actors in India on Anti-Human Trafficking-2013”, states: “There’s a large-scale trafficking of girls from the North-East. These girls are being brought to Haryana for forced marriage and bonded labour.
