RIGHTS WHICH BE HAVE FROM OUR CONSTITUTION

EVERY INDIAN SHOULD BE AWARE ABOUT OUR
RIGHTS OF CONSTITUTION OF INDIA
Our Constitution provides the following socio-
economic rights:-
Right to equality before the law and equal
protection of the laws.
Equality of opportunity in matters of public
employment.
Right to freedom of speech and expression, to
assemble peaceably and without arms, to form
associations or unions, to move freely
throughout the territory of India, to reside and
settle in any part of India, and to practice any
profession, or to carry on any occupation,
trade, or business subject to reasonable
restrictions.
No person shall be deprived of his life or
personal liberty except according to procedure
established by law.
Exploitation by way of traffic in human beings,
beggar and other forms of forced labour are
punishable in accordance with law.
